Australia

Hi Dick,

Please find the attached photo of a Billy Goat I took with my 53lbs Hill Redman a couple of weeks ago, I had to come back to the same place and track this one for three mornings until I got a shot at about 25yards, only required one POC shaft.

Keep up the good work,

Hog and Rabbit

I wanted to share that I just returned from a TX hog hunt and I have attached a pic to go on the site if you like. I shot the pig with my straight grip Great Northern Bushbow, 64", 48#'s. Also shot a rabbit and I think I can attach that pic as well.
On another note: I had just received my new Cheetah 68", 47#'s, straight handle and I am now working on dialing her in. She shoots cedars the best 535-575 gr. I absolutely love this bow especially with a 12 strand D97 string that Craig made with the bow. Stable and very quick. Pass on whatever you like to the group and I will try to get back on the emails. I think arrowL is coming in April.
Best to you.
Ed

Fish Taken with Arrowl

Me and my brother decided to go fishing this morning at a small canal north of town. I brought Arrowl along for the ride just in case gar were present. When we arrived no gar were seen but many large mudfish (bowfin) were cruising the bottom. Most were around 8 feet deep. I took many shots and hit several but the arrow had lost too much energy by the time it made contact to penetrate past the barbs. After several hours and 10 bass (all caught by my brother while I bowfished) two pretty large mudfish moved up to about the 4' depth. I draw held really low and to my surprise the arrow hit one in the back. He pulled line from the 888 reel but was finally brought to the bank. The fish weighed 15# and Arrowl did a great job.

Hi Dick,

I have been following your site posts for about 10 months now without making a post. After shooting this fox with my Hill Redman on the 31st of December 2009, and after seeing your Photos in the Longbowmen game taken section, I have decided to send you a photo.

After whistling this fox in to about 18 Meters, he then stopped for around three seconds, which was long enough for a clean chest shot. He did a summersault on the spot and died instantly

Arrow used – Easton Legacy 2016 and Ribtech Broadhead.

The Fox is a Feral - Imported Species that damages our native wildlife.
